We've been passionate about avoiding real estate foreclosures
for years. So much so, that we formed Rochester Home Opportunities,
non-profit,
501c3, designed to educate before – and during- home ownership.
We work as a team with lenders and attorneys to
identify prospects for real estate loss mitigation and serve as a tangible
link to the homeowner.
And not just with vague emails, we make house calls!
With years of conflict management skills, we negotiate
those battlefield land mines to get a defaulted homeowner performing
again. We can intervene early, explain the workout options
at
the kitchen table, and return the factual information you need
to minimize loss.
